RETURN POLICY

Items can be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase date unless stated otherwise in product description

Return postage is the responsibly of the purchaser. Items must be returned unused in original packaging.

Once item has been returned you will receive a store credit for the full amount of the item returned.

Your store credit will be valid for 6 months.

The only circumstances we will be able to offer a refund is in the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty.

All our products are quality checked at manufacturer and inspected personally before delivery however if you believe your item is faulty please email us immediately with details of your order number along with details and photos relating to your concern to info@lalalunababy.com.au

As our collections are limited. We cannot offer exchanges as there can be no guarantee that the item you want will be in stock.

If you are not happy with your item you will need to return in exchange for a credit note and place a new order. 

 

CREDIT NOTE

 

If you decide to return your order your will be issued a credit note for your item order amount (excluding postage). Your credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date it is issued.
